Third NeLoC Steering Group Meeting, 5 December 2002

NeLoC Steering Group's third meeting took also place in Vilnius after four days of other meetings and activities. It was the last meeting of the year and naturally concentrated in the project's achievements during the first project year. The meeting was also a sum up before the second progress report to the BSR INTERREG III B Joint Secretariat would take place. The Steering Group also discussed the project activities starting in the coming spring.
