regulatory activities and issues related to communications networks,

society.
The Ministry of Transport and
Communications promotes national well-being and efficient operation
of society by guaranteeing citizens and industry access to safe
and reasonably priced high-quality transport and telecommunications
connections. The Ministry also furthers the competitiveness of the
transport and the telecommunications industries. Seven government
departments and agencies operate within the Ministry's administrative
jurisdiction.
